How To Prepare Corn Pulav Tomato

Ingredients :Basmati rice - one cup of boiled corn - half cup, Onion - one, tomatoes - 3, ginger - garlic paste - a finely chopped green chillies - 2, to clean up the powder and chopped mint, coriander leaves - each with a fist -sized, chilli powder - half a teaspoon, coconut milk - ½ cup, cinnamon, clove, cardamom - one each, oil, ghee, salt - the required amount.

 


Method : Cut the onions into long lengths. Chopped tomatoes, Kirikkollavum green chillies, Rice with coconut milk, taste, add a quarter cup of water. In cooker, oil, ghee, dried cinnamon, cardamom, cinnamon talittu onion, green pepper, pinch of salt and fry well to combine. Vatankiyatum onions, tomatoes, ginger - garlic paste, chilli powder, mint, cilantro and add to the flavor of green along. Then, pour the mixture soak Rice.
