Ingradients: Baby corn - 100 g, Green peas - 100 g, Carrots - 2 large ( chopped ), Beans - 10, Small tomatoes - 10, Young Goes - slightly larger pieces, Baby capsicum anum -1, Baby potatoes - 6, Green chillies - 2 , 2 cinnamon, 2 cardamom , 1 big onion, 2 tomatoes ,Yogurt - a quarter cup, Manjaltul - quarter teaspoon, Chilli powder - half teaspoon, Garam Masala - tsp. Kashmiri chilli powder - half teaspoon, Salt, kottamallittalai - as required.

 

Methods: Baby Korn cut in half in the middle of taking com. Carrot can cut into 1/4 size. Beans, cabbage can cut into slightly larger pieces. Put Capsium anum in it. I stick to the pan fry until aromatic oil and put away for the first phase to the second phase of the competition but even then fry, vegetables, salt, Kashmiri chilli powder sprinkled on moderate fire smoldering. Sprinkle with coriander and then stabbed to decorate.
