Method To Cook Roasted Cauliflower

Requirements : dosa flour - 2 cups small cauliflower - one large onion, tomatoes - 2 each, ginger - garlic paste - 2 tees Boon, Grated coconut - 2 tsp Cashew - 6, chilli powder - 2 tsp ( or karattukkerpa ), mustard, fennel - each half teas Boone, oil, salt - the amount required.


Method : kalihplavarai is cut in to very small pieces, mixed with salt water and put in place for some time. Large onion,  chopped the Kali too. Grated coconut - Grind the cashews vilut in Mixie.Leave the oil in a small skillet, dry mustard, fennel talittu ... onion powder, add salt. After a short fragrant powder tomatoes, cauliflower, ginger - garlic paste, fry till raw smell goes, add chilli powder, coconut - cashew paste, stirring well to combine.Pour the dough into thin dosas, the cauliflower spice rub on it, folded around to take away the oil. Onion rayta eaten by touching it.
