Method To Cook Veg Sandwich

Ingredients : 

Salt Bread Slice - 10, carrots, scrambled, cabbage, scrambled (together ) - a cup, onion, capsicum anum, tomatoes -each one with butter - 100 g, mint - small packs ( cleaning can ), powder and chopped coriander leaves - a handful, ginger paste - one teaspoon oil, salt - the amount required.


Method :
Cut the onions thinly slicing. Capsicum anum , chopped tomatoes , leaving the oil in a skillet with onions, tomatoes, capsicum anum, Grated carrots, cabbage and scrambled well and add salt .Mixie fry in a little butter with mint paste, ginger paste mix well, widely apply on top of a slice of bread. Add nuts and spread on top, sprinkle the top mallittalai tostar put a slice of bread to toast ( make cutupatuttiyum in tava ).
