Ingradients: white chickpeas - 1 / 2 kg, Tomatoes - 1 / 2 kg, Onion - 1 / 2 kg, Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves - some ( roasted potikkavum ), Salt - amount required, Chilli powder - 2 tsp, Turmeric powder - 1 tsp, Channa Masala - 2 tbsp, Ginger - 1 piece, Garlic - 6 teeth, Green chillies - 4, Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp, Bay leaf - 2, Oil -1 / 4 teaspoon.

 

Methods: Onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies and keep grinding. Dried oil, cumin, bay leaf, put the ground to a fine paste Heat oil until brown in color. Put the tomatoes, put the inverter powder, salt Boil off. Sanna cooker a few hours soaking in the salt, turmeric Steaming. 

 

Sanna boiled tomato paste , onion mixture is poured in , and keep up the good boil . Sanna Add boiled in boiling water to spill down. cinnamon, cloves to spray above the Sanna.
