Ingredients: 1 whole chicken, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 Tbsp mustard oil, 1 cup yogurt, 1 Tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 lemons, 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp kasuri methi powder, 3-4 garlic, 1 onion, 250 gms baby potatoes and Salt.
Method: Take mustard oil in a bowl and add red chilli powder, yogurt, ginger-Garlic paste & lemon juice, mix well.
Add kasuri methi powder, salt & butter, mix well & stuff it in chicken.
Fill the cavity with lemon , garlic cloves & onion.
Use a Skewer to hold the legs together for roasting.
Take a roasting tray & add chopped baby potatoes, onions, garlic, salt & marination paste to it.
Place the chicken & put it in oven at 110°c for 45 minutes & then increase to 160°c for another 20 minutes.
Once cooked brush some of the melted fat on the chicken.
Garnish with coriander & lemon
