Falling hairs and dry skin are big problems. You may have tried several things to get rid of them. Changing your shampoo, applying oil, doing head massage, or any home remedies. We do these stuff to get back those beautiful lustrous hair we had once. For our lips too we apply loads of layers of lip balm or gloss, to maintain the moisture but this may not always be good for the health of your lips.

These problems do not occur cause of the surroundings, but because of your inner health. These symptoms are the sign that you are lacking vitamins in your body.

Vitamins are the reason that leads to these uncertain consequences. It is an organic chemical compound and a vital nutrient that an organism requires. The common symptoms that we see are dry skin, red rashes, and hair loss.

Lip cracks
It is a common symptom. However, dehydration can also be a reason and another reason is the lack of Iron, zinc and vitamin-B3, B2 and B12 in the body. Vegetarians are commonly affected by it as they do not consume the required amount of any of the above vitamins.

How to get rid?
Consume enough amount of Swiss chard, peanuts, legumes plants such as lentils, poultry meat, salmon, tuna, eggs, shellfish. Intake enough of vitamin C, to help your body fight against infections. Combine these products with vegetables like broccoli, red peppers, kale and cauliflower.

Hair loss and Red rashes
These symptoms are seen when your body lacks in Vitamin B7, also called ‘hair vitamin’.

How to get rid?

Eat fresh eggs to get proteins, and salmon, avocado, mushrooms, cauliflower, soybeans, walnuts, raspberries and bananas.

Muscle cramps
It occurs because of the shortage of magnesium, calcium and potassium.

How to get rid?

Eat bananas, almonds, hazelnuts, zucchini, cherry, apple, grapefruit, broccoli, vegetables, such as kale and spinach and dandelion leaves. Exercise regularly in order to avoid loss of minerals like Vitamin B.

Numbness and tingling
Lack of Vitamin B, B9, B6, B12 can lead to this. It is also connected with peripheral nerves. These symptoms may also occur with depression, anemia, fatigue and hormone imbalance. Eat spinach, asparagus, beets, beans, eggs, shellfish, crabs and chicken meat.

Red or white skin changes
Lack of Vitamin A and E, and essential fatty acids leads to this.

How to get rid?
Intake less saturated fat, discard trans fat and herbal fat and increase the input of healthy fats. Take more salmon and sardines, nuts such as walnuts and almonds, seeds, flax and hemp.

Eat green vegetables and carrots, sweet potatoes and red peppers. These vegetables has a lot of beta carotene. Get yourself exposed to the sunlight to get sufficient amount of vitamin D.
