Chaat Masala Fry Chicken

Chicken 8 pieces (1/2 kg)
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Chaat masala 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions
1.Marinate chicken with all the spices, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and chaat masala for 2 hours.
2.Transfer chicken in the cooking pan and steam it for 20 minutes on slow flame.
3.Add yogurt and dry out water.
4.Add oil and fry the chicken until golden on medium flame.
5.Present with French fries and tomato ketchup.
